Baby Fruity Smoothie

For older infants or toddlers, this is a great way to add some extra fruit into little one's diet.
Prep Time 5 minutes

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz milk breast, goat, or formula
  • 1 oz yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tpsb single fresh fruit banana OR strawberry OR blueberry

Instructions
 

  • Puree chosen fruit on high until no chunks remain.
  • Add yogurt, then milk and blend completely.
  • Serve in a sippy cup.
