At The Naturista, we take pride in our designs and want to make sure you love every order. If you’re not one hundred percent happy with your purchase, please let us know what we can do to make it better.

 

Payment Methods

All of our payments are handled by Paypal. Customers are rerouted to Paypal’s website to confirm payment and all card or bank information is handled through Paypal’s encryption. Payments may be made with bank or credit card information. Please double check your information prior to submitting payment and contact us here or email admin@thenaturista.com immediately if you find something amiss so that we can correct any problems as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Our items generally ship within 24 hours of order confirmation via the United States Postal Service selection customers make during checkout. Custom or made-to-order items ship according to product (see descriptions of individual items for production times). All items ship with delivery confirmation/certificate of mailing. You will receive an email with your confirmation number when the shipment is mailed. Expedited shipping is available during checkout. Shipping prices are automatically determined by USPS based on weight and delivery location.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not, please contact us. Our return policies are based on product. Returned items must be sent back in the condition in which they arrived. Used or dirty products and items that were damaged after arrival are not eligible for return.

If you have purchased something you would like to return, please contact us directly. We value our customers and know that everyone has their own circumstances. We will give custom, one-on-one support to clear up any issue!

Exchanges

Certain items can be exchanged. Please contact us if you would prefer your item in a different color, size, or style. Some of our items cannot be exchanged due to the uniqueness of our designs, but we will do our best to make sure you get exactly what you want!

Missing or Damaged Products

We try our best to make sure our items arrive to you in perfect condition, but sometimes accidents happen. All of our items ship insured in case of damage. If something happens to your order during transit, please let us know! We will work with you and USPS to ensure everything gets taken care of to your satisfaction.

Custom Orders

We love doing collaborations and custom orders! If you see something you like but want us to tweak it to make it purely yours, please contact us.

Bulk or Wholesale Availability

Many of our products can be made available for store, fair, or fund raising sales. If you would like to inquire about bulk or wholesale orders, please contact us.
